With a background as a UK Chartered Accountant and years of hands-on property investing experience, I bring a unique combination of financial expertise and real-world insight to every client interaction.
Having advised high-net-worth individuals and businesses on tax-efficient strategies and investment structuring, I understand what it takes to maximise returns while minimising risk.
My own journey as an investor spans both residential and commercial property markets, giving me practical knowledge of the challenges and opportunities investors face, whether buying for income, capital growth, or residency purposes. At Keyturn Real Estate.

Mohit Godhwani
With a background in marketing and finance, and over five years of experience as a real estate investor, I founded our brokerage with one mission: to guide investors toward high-performing property opportunities in Ras Al Khaimah.
Having grown up in Dubai, I bring deep regional insight and a clear understanding of the UAE property market. I’ve also lived in multiple countries and worked closely with international investors, particularly those focused on the U.S. and UAE markets.
