Our Founders Mohit and Kishan
Kishan Radia
Kishan brings a multidisciplinary background spanning finance, investment advisory, and international property markets. He began his career in the UK, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with KPMG, before progressing into senior finance roles at FTSE 100 companies, focusing on business partnering, financial strategy, and performance optimisation.
Over the years, Kishan developed deep expertise in international tax structuring, wealth preservation, and asset-backed investments, advising clients across the UK and Middle East. His interest in real estate evolved from a personal investment focus into a strategic business venture, where he identified a growing gap in the UAE market for transparent, investor-aligned, and fully managed property solutions.
At Keyturn, Kishan leads the firm’s investment strategy, client advisory, and cross-border capital structuring. His ability to bridge global investor expectations with local execution is a core driver of the firm’s positioning and early traction.
Kishan holds a BSc in International Business from the University of Birmingham and is known for his pragmatic, relationship-driven approach to building long-term value for both clients and partners.
Mohit Godhwani
Mohit brings a unique combination of investment acumen, regional market knowledge, and global exposure to Keyturn Real Estate. With a background in marketing and finance, and over five years of experience as a cross-border real estate investor, he has personally invested in residential and short-let assets across the UAE, U.S., and other international markets.
Raised in Dubai and having lived in multiple countries, Mohit has a deep understanding of both the local property landscape and the expectations of globally minded investors. His expertise lies in identifying high-performing assets and matching them to investor goals, whether focused on short-term yield, long-term capital growth, or strategic lifestyle holdings.
Mohit comes from a family with deep commercial roots in the region, having been part of Dubai’s business landscape since the 1970s. This legacy has shaped his entrepreneurial mindset and provided him with a wide-reaching network across the UAE. His exposure to high-level business environments from an early age continues to influence his strategic approach and ability to navigate opportunities in the market.
At Keyturn, Mohit leads deal sourcing, investor engagement, and market positioning, with a focus on making Ras Al Khaimah’s evolving property market accessible, profitable, and hassle-free for clients worldwide.
